Shopbolt’s goal was to make sure that users find the best item available based on their unique needs and preferences. They will find users the best place to buy what they need and order it for them so users don’t have to share their credit cards or create new accounts.

In 2013, their Product Manager contacted us first and described everything. We started with small tasks like creating branding and templates. Then we started to make all the things happen and we become technical partners with them.

Results? Sales increased by 70%.

Usability audits are the foundation of everything we do. Recognizing key areas for content and making them more accessible resulted in longer on-site visitor browsing times. The entire interface is set up as a flat, intuitive, and always visible navigation panel, which allows users to switch between sections easily.
